res universitatis 〈拉〉(罗马法)公法人之物 指市府等社区的财产,社区内人人都可享用,如公共建筑物、街道等。其性质与公有物〔res publicae〕一样,但范围较小。
patrimonium 〈拉〉(罗马法)可继承财产 又称财产物〔res in nostro patrimonio〕,指完全属个人所有并由个人支配、可通过父亲或从父亲处继承的财产。财产物可作为个人财产的构成部分。与之相对,不能构成个人财产、不能为个人所有的物称为非财产物〔res extra nostrum patrimonium〕,例如共用物〔res communes〕、公有物〔res publicae〕、公法人物〔res universitatis〕、无主物〔res nullius〕等。
